4 slices bacon (chopped)
1 package (150 g / 5.2 oz) garlic herb Boursin cheese
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup pasta cooking water
¼ cup parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook the Pasta
Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Cook the Bacon
In a large pan, cook chopped bacon until crispy.
Remove and set aside, leaving about 1 tbsp bacon fat.
Sear the Chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in the same pan.
Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove and slice.
