Instructions

1. Prepare & Cook the Potatoes:

2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in the same skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

2. Add minced garlic and saute for 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
