Creamy Garlic Potatoes are really simple to make and go great with just about anything! This recipe for creamy potatoes, loaded with cheese, herbs, and garlic, is a really great way to roast potatoes! These garlicky, creamy potatoes roasted in the oven will quickly become a staple in your side dish repertoire.


  1. 2 potatoes(large) grated
  2. 2 heads garlic(chopped)
  3. 600 ml/20 oz cream
  4. 1 tablespoon dried onion
  5. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  6. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  7. ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  8. ½ teaspoon black pepper
  9. ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Using the Silicone Basket.


  1. preheat air fryer
  2. Potatoes: use a  grater for the potatoes gratte and squeeze them.
  3. Garlic: peel the garlic, remove the skin and mince the garlic with garlic mincer
  4. Skillet: spray the sllicone basket with  cooking oil.
  5. Garlic cream sauce: add the cream, garlic, dried onion, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper and half of the parmesan cheese to a medium sized bowl and whisk to combine.
  6. Diced potatoes: transfer the grated potatoes into your  baking dish.
  7. Combine: pour the garlic cream sauce into the skillet and ensure all potato pieces are pushed under the liquid.
  8. Apply the leftover parmesan cheese as a cheese topping to the potatoes.
  9. Set the AirFry to 200° for 20 minutes.
