1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)

1 package (9 oz / 250g) refrigerated cheese tortellini

1 ½ cups fresh spinach (optional)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

½ cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook sausage:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat if needed.

2. Add aromatics:

Stir in garlic and onion; cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.

3. Add liquids:

Pour in diced tomatoes (with juice), heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
