Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

Season chicken cutlets on both sides with salt and pepper.

2. Bread the Chicken

Set up three bowls:

Flour

Beaten eggs

Breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder

Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat well in breadcrumbs.

3. Fry Until Crispy

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Fry chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Transfer to paper towels to drain.

4. Assemble

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

5. Bake
