FRIES AVOCADE AIR FRYER

This dish is so incredibly straightforward and uncomplicated. The components are quite basic:

PANKO BREAD CRUMBS: Adds an additional crunch to the avocado fries. Italian or Panko breadcrumbs can be used for a marginally different outcome.

CORN STARCH: This gives the finished product a bit more crunch. It’s not necessary to use maize starch. However, I use both panko bread crumbs and corn starch in a lot of my Air Fryer recipes.

COOKING SPRAY: To assist prevent sticking, I like to mist the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Sprays made with avocado or olive oil are excellent. Additionally, you can quickly mist your avocado fries before they cook!

PRESENTING AIR FRYER AVOCADOS:

A GUIDE
As shown in my photos, you can serve these in wedges or fry-like slices. While I added more garlic and onion salt to the fries to enhance their flavour. There’s no doubt that these fries are meant to be eaten with dipping sauce. On their own, they could get a little boring. I created a Sriracha Ranch dressing that is ideal for my recipe. To get going, I just combine one part Sriracha sauce with three parts ranch dressing. Buffalo sauce or Big Mac sauce would be fantastic, as well as a cilantro lime sauce.

Additionally, I’ve seen folks just cut avocados in half, bread them, and air fry them. An avocado half can be used to create a type of “bowl” that you can fill with a variety of delectable items. Everything from pulled pork to taco toppings to chicken salad! Delicious!

ARE AVOCADO FRIES POSSIBLE IN THE Oven?

Yes! Indeed, you can. This is a great meal that you can still make without an Air Fryer. Simply prepare your avocados according to step 5’s instructions. Bake on a baking sheet for 13 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown, after preheating the oven to 325 degrees.
