2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

For the Gratin Topping:

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon melted butter

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prepare:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

2. Cook the Garlic Shrimp:

1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauteing for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Stir in the shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cook for 2-3 minutes until just pink (don’t overcook).

4. Add white wine, simmer for 1 minute, then reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

5. Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat and mix in fresh parsley.

6. Transfer shrimp and sauce to the prepared baking dish.

3. Make the Gratin Topping:

1. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, and garlic powder.

2. Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the shrimp.

4. Bake & Serve:

1. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
