2 cans (150g each) tuna in olive oil or water, drained
1 small cucumber, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
½ small red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup Kalamata olives, chopped
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the tzatziki sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh dill or mint, chopped
Salt, to taste
For assembly:
4 whole-wheat wraps, pita, or flatbreads
Extra lettuce or spinach leaves
Instructions
Make the tzatziki:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill/mint, and salt. Chill until ready.
Prepare the tuna filling:
In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, olives, feta, parsley, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the wraps:
Warm wraps/pitas slightly for flexibility.
Spread 2–3 tbsp tzatziki onto each wrap.
Add lettuce or spinach (optional).
Spoon tuna mixture on top.
Roll tightly into wraps (or fold pita).
