Assemble the wraps:

Warm wraps/pitas slightly for flexibility.

Spread 2–3 tbsp tzatziki onto each wrap.

Add lettuce or spinach (optional).

Spoon tuna mixture on top.

Roll tightly into wraps (or fold pita).

Serve:
Cut in half and enjoy with extra tzatziki for dipping.

Notes & Tips

Use tuna in olive oil for richer flavor, or tuna in water for a lighter option.

Can also be made with chicken or chickpeas instead of tuna.

Wraps can be prepped ahead but taste best when assembled fresh to avoid sogginess.
