Ingredients

Greek Chicken

2 chicken breasts, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried oregano

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika (mild)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Juice of ½ lemon

Bowl Base

2 cups romaine or mixed greens

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cucumber, sliced

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup olives

Tzatziki Sauce

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cucumber, grated & squeezed dry

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

1 small garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp fresh dill (or mint)

Salt, to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Tzatziki

Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt.

Chill while you prepare the rest.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken

Toss chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Pan-sear or grill over medium heat 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Slice.

3️⃣ Assemble the Bowl

Add greens to bowls.

Top with tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and sliced chicken.

Finish with a generous spoon of tzatziki.
