It’s really simple to make this chicken recipe in the air fryer. Just cut the chicken and veggies into bite-sized pieces and transfer them to a big bowl.

Coat the chicken and vegetables uniformly by combining the oil and seasonings. After that, cook the chicken and veggies in the air fryer. Give them a shake and carry on frying after they have cooked for around five minutes. Continue frying until the chicken is cooked through and all of the food is charred.   1. Set the temperature of the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut the chicken and vegetables into bite-sized pieces and add them to a big mixing bowl.
  3. Incorporate the seasoning and oil into the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place the chicken and vegetables into the preheated air fryer. Cook, shaking halfway through, for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are blackened. You might need to cook them in batches of two or three if your air fryer is small.

NOTES:
Spices: Use your preferred spice blend in place of the Italian seasoning. Any other blend, like taco, cajun, or lemon pepper, also works rather well! Just make sure that if salt is already present in the blend, it is reduced.
