 Ingredients

Chicken

400 g (14 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh, thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Juice of ½ lime

Taco Assembly

8 small whole-grain or corn tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Yogurt Sauce

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 tsp lime juice

1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro

Pinch of salt

 Instructions

1. Cook chicken

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Toss chicken slices with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly browned.

Squeeze lime juice over chicken.

2. Prepare sauce

Mix Greek yogurt, lime juice, cilantro, and salt in a small bowl.

3. Assemble tacos

Warm tortillas.

Layer shredded lettuce, chicken, diced tomatoes, onion, and drizzle yogurt sauce.

Sprinkle with extra cilantro if desired.

4. Serve

Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
