1 tbsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp sugar

½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1–2 jalapenos, finely chopped

¾ cup cold milk or buttermilk

2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

Preheat oven
