Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough (if making fresh):
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
2. Cook the Lamb:
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic, ground lamb, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned (6–8 minutes). Set aside.
3. Shape the Pizza Base:
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in to heat.
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a thin circle or rectangle.
4. Assemble the Pizza:
Place dough on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Spread pesto evenly over the base.
Add cooked lamb, red onion slices, and cherry tomatoes.
5. Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until crust is golden and crisp.
6. Add Creamy Toppings:
Remove from oven and tear burrata cheese over the hot pizza.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
7. Serve:
Slice and enjoy immediately while burrata is soft and creamy.
