Ingredients  

– 4 tilapia fillets

– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon lemon zest

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

– Lemon slices for garnish

Directions  

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

2. In a small bowl, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

3. Place the tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish. Pour the lemon butter mixture evenly over the fillets.

4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.

6. Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
