Ingredients:

500g chicken thighs or breasts, boneless and skinless

200g green beans, trimmed

3 tablespoons Olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 lemon (juice and zest)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

Season and sear the chicken: Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat 1 tablespoon of Olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
