200 g lean ground beef

Instructions

Step 1: Roast Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and lightly caramelized.

Step 2: Cook Ground Beef

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Saute garlic until fragrant (~1 minute).

Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Cook 6–8 minutes, breaking beef into small pieces, until browned.

Stir in parsley if using.

Step 3: Make Guacamole

Mash avocado in a bowl.

Mix in lime juice, onion, tomato, salt, pepper, and cilantro (if using).

Step 4: Assemble Bowl

Place roasted sweet potatoes as base.
