Ingredients
1 small broccoli head (florets)
1 zucchini (sliced)
½ bell pepper (optional, sliced)
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
1 wheel (150 g) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Herb or Plain)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
½ tsp dried oregano or thyme (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Add vegetables to a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs. Toss lightly.
3. Place Boursin in the center (whole or broken into chunks).
4. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until veggies are tender and cheese is melted and creamy.
