  1. One and a half pounds of ground beef

  3. 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup coarsely chopped onion

  5. One tsp of Worcestershire sauce

  7. Two tablespoons of cooking-grade vegetable oil

For Gravy with Creamy Mushrooms:

  1. One cup of chopped button or cremini mushrooms
  2. Twice as much unsalted butter
  3. Two tablespoons of flour (all-purpose)
  4. A single cup of beef stock
  5. Half a cup of heavy cream
  6. One tsp Dijon mustard
  7. To taste, add salt and pepper.
  8. Chop some fresh parsley for garnish

Directions for the Meat burger steaks:

  1. To make the Meat burger steaks:
  • put the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a big mixing bowl.
  • Patties should be oval-shaped and between 1/2 and 3/4 inches thick.

  1. Place the burger patties in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for eight minutes.
  2. Using a spatula, turn the burger patties once they have finished cooking. Cook for five minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit in the air fryer.
  3. When the patties are done cooking, top each one with a slice of cheese right away to make them into cheeseburgers.

Cooking Advice:
