Ingredients

200–250 g block feta cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1 small garlic clove, thinly sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp dried oregano

Optional: pinch of chili flakes

Fresh basil or parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven
