Mediterranean Hummus Flatbread with Feta
Ingredients:
1 prepared flatbread or naan
½ cup hummus (classic or roasted garlic)
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp Kalamata olives, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp dried oregano
Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread hummus evenly over the surface.
Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, olives, and crumbled feta.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the flatbread is warm and slightly crisp and the feta is lightly softened.
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley or basil, slice, and serve warm or at room temperature.
