One of my childhood favourites is this simple, no-bake chocolate coconut slice. Simple ingredients It just takes 20 minutes to prepare, and when it cools in the refrigerator for a few hours, you have a delightful dessert to serve. Ideal for sharing at any time of year with loved ones.

Ingredients For Milk Chocolate Coconut No-Bake Slice
- One and a half cups of dried coconut
- One cup of cornflakes
- One cup of sultanas
- Coles Dried Cranberries, half a cup
- 1/3 cup of sifted Cadbury Bournville cocoa
- Sweetened condensed milk in a 400g can
- 90g of melted butter
- Cadbury Milk Chocolate Melts, 125 gram mes
- 90 g extra-chop butter
Instructions For Milk chocolate coconut no-bake slice
- In a large bowl, combine the coconut, butter, cornflake crumbs, fruit, cocoa, and condensed milk; mix thoroughly. Press into the bottom of a 28 cm x 18 cm slice pan that has been greased and lined with paper; make sure the paper extends 5 cm above the top of the pan. Chill until solid.
- In a bowl set over a pan of moderately boiling water, slowly melt the butter and chocolate. Drizzle over the slice and refrigerate to solidify. Until used, keep cold in an airtight container. Slice thinly, and serve warm or room temperature.
