- 3–4 large eggs

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
1. Prep Mushrooms
- Clean morels thoroughly (remove dirt inside)
- Slice or chop into small pieces
2. Toast Bread
- Toast bread slices until golden and crispy
- Set aside
3. Cook Mushrooms
- Heat butter in a pan
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds
- Add morel mushrooms
- Cook for 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly crispy

4. Make Eggs
