1 pound ground chicken (thigh meat for juiciness)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1 large egg

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped (oil-packed, drained)

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup cucumber, grated and drained

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

1. Mix the Meatball Ingredients:
 In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, red onion, parsley, mint, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, cumin, coriander, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Form Meatballs:

Shape the mixture into meatballs of your desired size.

3. Cook the Meatballs:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the meatballs until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

4. Make the Tzatziki Sauce:
In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
