Oatmeal Ginger Cake

Warm, moist, and perfectly spiced

Introduction

Oatmeal Ginger Cake is a comforting, old-fashioned style cake made with wholesome oats and the warming flavor of ginger. Soft, moist, and lightly spiced, this cake is perfect for tea time, breakfast, or as a simple dessert. The oats give it a hearty texture while ginger adds gentle heat and depth, making it especially lovely during cooler months.
