Ingredients:
For the Chicken Hekka:
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced (red or green)
2 cups napa cabbage, chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
2 carrots, sliced
½ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (for thickening)

Instructions:
1. Saute the Chicken:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the Olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
2. Cook the Vegetables:
In the same pot, add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the bell pepper, napa cabbage, broccoli, and carrots. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
3. Prepare the Sauce:
In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, water, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the cooked vegetables.
Return the chicken to the pot and stir to combine everything.
4. Thicken the Sauce:
Bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
5. Serve:
