Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

2 steaks (ribeye, filet mignon, or your preferred cut)

2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Basil Cream Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Salmon and Steak:
