Ingredients for Ritz Crackers Party Sandwiches

  • 48 Ritz Crackers
  • 12 slices deli ham sliced in half
  • 24 small square slices of cheese I used Colby
  • 3 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions For Ritz Crackers Party Sandwiches

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange one layer of Ritz Crackers on the baking sheet. (I produced 4 rows of six.)
  4. Place a ½ piece of ham on each cracker. You will need to fold them.
  5. Add one slice of cheese to each sandwich.
  6. Place another cracker on top to finish the sandwich.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and honey mustard.
  8. Brush the mixture onto each sandwich.
  9. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top of sandwiches.
  10. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the crackers turn golden brown.
