1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp thyme
Salt & black pepper to taste
Juice of ½ lime
High-Protein Avocado–Lime Crema
1 ripe avocado
½ cup Greek yogurt (high-protein base)
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
1 small garlic clove
Salt to taste
2–3 tbsp water (to thin if needed)
Pineapple Slaw
1 cup shredded cabbage (green or purple)
½ cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped
¼ cup grated carrot
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
Pinch of salt
For Assembly
Slider buns (mini brioche or soft rolls)
Optional: lettuce leaves, sliced jalapeños, pickled onions
Instructions
Prepare the Shrimp
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, lime juice, and all spices.
Spread evenly on a lined sheet pan.
Roast for 8–10 minutes, until shrimp are pink and slightly charred.
Make the Avocado–Lime Crema
Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt.
Add water gradually until smooth and drizzle-friendly.
Prepare Pineapple Slaw
In a bowl, combine cabbage, pineapple, carrot, and cilantro.
Toss with lime juice, honey, and salt.
Chill briefly for best flavor.
Toast the Buns
Lightly toast slider buns in oven or pan for 2–3 minutes.
Assemble Sliders
