½ tsp thyme

Salt & black pepper to taste

Juice of ½ lime

High-Protein Avocado–Lime Crema

1 ripe avocado

½ cup Greek yogurt (high-protein base)

1 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1 lime

1 small garlic clove

Salt to taste

2–3 tbsp water (to thin if needed)

Pineapple Slaw

1 cup shredded cabbage (green or purple)

½ cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped

¼ cup grated carrot

2 tbsp chopped cilantro

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp honey

Pinch of salt

For Assembly

Instructions
