2 chicken breasts, cubed

Buffalo Sauce

⅓ cup buffalo sauce

1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil

1 tsp honey (optional)

2 cups cooked rice or quinoa

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup cucumber slices

½ avocado, sliced

 Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven
