Smoked Salmon Power Breakfast Plate
A fresh, energizing breakfast loaded with protein, healthy fats, and vibrant flavors! Soft-boiled eggs, creamy avocado, smoked salmon, greens, and hearty dark bread come together for a beautifully balanced plate.
2 soft-boiled eggs
½ ripe avocado, sliced
3–4 oz smoked salmon
1 slice dark rye or pumpernickel bread
1 cup mixed greens (arugula, spinach, spring mix)
1 tbsp olive oil or lemon juice (for greens)
Pinch of chili flakes or “everything seasoning”
Salt & black pepper to taste
Prepare Soft-Boiled Eggs:
Bring water to a boil, lower eggs gently, and cook 6–7 minutes.
Cool under cold water and peel carefully.
Season the Avocado:
Slice avocado and sprinkle with chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Dress the Greens:
Lightly toss mixed greens with olive oil or lemon juice.
Assemble the Plate:
On a large plate, arrange:
Soft-boiled eggs
Seasoned avocado slices
Mixed greens
Smoked salmon
A slice of rye/brown bread
Finish:
Add a pinch more seasoning if desired and enjoy immediately!
