STUFFED BELL PEPPER SOUP
All the traditional flavours of stuffed peppers are combined to create an amazing-tasting soup in this filling and tasty filled bell pepper soup. A tasty recipe for comfort food that the whole family will love!
Ingredients;
- Two pounds of ground beef
- two chopped bell peppers
- one sliced onion
- three garlic cloves
- Slap Ya Mama, one teaspoon
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- one teaspoon black pepper
- One spoonful of sauce from Worcestershire
- Can of chopped tomatoes, 14.5 ounces
- 14.5 oz crushed tomato can
- One cup rice
- 32 ounces of beef broth
Directions;

In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook ground beef, onions, bell peppers, and seasonings until meat is no longer pink. Add minced garlic, stir and cook for two additional minutes. Drain and return to pot.

Add tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and rice. Stir.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook until rice is tender, approximately 25-30 minutes.

Ladle soup into individual bowls and top with cheese.
