These Sweet Chilli Chicken Wraps are a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and mildly spicy flavors. Ingredients

For the Sweet Chilli Chicken

1–1.25 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced into strips

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup sweet chilli sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wraps

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup sliced cucumber or bell peppers

½ red onion, thinly sliced

1 avocado, sliced

Creamy Garlic Mayo 

¼ cup mayo or Greek yogurt

1 tsp lemon juice

1 small garlic clove, grated

Pinch of salt

Garnishes

Fresh cilantro

Extra sweet chilli sauce

Lime wedges

Instructions

1. Make the creamy garlic mayo 

Mix mayo/yogurt with garlic, lemon juice, and salt.

Refrigerate until ready to use.

2. Cook the Sweet Chilli Chicken

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high.

Add chicken strips, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook 4–5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Pour in sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice.

Reduce heat and simmer 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.

3. Warm the tortillas

Heat each tortilla in a dry pan for 10–15 seconds or microwave for 20 seconds to soften.

4. Assemble the Wraps

On each tortilla:

Spread a layer of garlic mayo.

Add lettuce, carrots, cucumbers/peppers, and red onion.

Add a generous scoop of sweet chilli chicken.

Add avocado slices if using.

Drizzle extra sweet chilli sauce.

Sprinkle cilantro.

Roll tightly like a burrito (fold bottom, tuck sides, roll forward).

5. Serve

Slice in half and serve with lime wedges or an extra dipping cup of sweet chilli sauce.
