1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 large ball of burrata cheese (about 4 oz), or 2 small

1–2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic glaze or reduction

Flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Fresh basil leaves (a small handful)arugula or baby greens for serving base

Instructions:

1. Slice the Tomatoes:

Arrange sliced tomatoes and cherry tomatoes on a platter or plate.

2. Add Burrata:

Gently tear the burrata in half or place whole in the center of the salad.
