Ingredients:

3 croissants

250ml (1 cup) milk

45g (1/3 cup) Nestlé Milo, plus extra, to dust

2 tbsp caster sugar

2 eggs

Vanilla Custard, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
- Break up all three croissants into tiny pieces. Cover the bottom of an 18cm (base diameter) circular cake pan.
- In a bowl, thoroughly whisk together the 250ml (1 cup) milk, 45g (1/3 cup) Nestlé Milo (plus extra for dusting), and 2 tbsp caster sugar. Whisk the two eggs thoroughly after adding them. Drizzle the croissants with the mixture. Allow to soak for five minutes.
