Delicious TaSeafood cos
These seafood tacos are fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a quick and tasty meal. Feel free to get creative with your toppings and add your favorite ingredients to make these tacos your own! ❤️
Ingredients:
* 1 lb. white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
* 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon cumin
* 1 teaspoon chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
* Juice of 1 lime
* 8 small corn or flour tortillas
* 1 cup shredded cabbage or slaw mix
* 1 avocado, sliced
* Fresh cilantro, chopped
* Lime wedges, for serving
* Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, diced tomatoes, hot sauce
Instructions:
1. Mix olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, lime juice to make marinade.
2. Coat fish fillets and shrimp in marinade for 15-30 minutes.
3. Grill seafood at medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
4. Warm tortillas on grill or skillet for 30 seconds per side.
5. Assemble tacos by placing cabbage/slaw mix first, then fish/shrimp, avocado and cilantro.
6. Serve with lime wedges on side and salsa, sour cream, diced tomatoes, hot sauce(optional).
