Ingredients

For the Herb Flatbread:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powde
½ salt
3 tbsp olive oil
¾ cup warm water (more if needed)
2 tbsp fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley, or mix – finely chopped)
2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
Herb Flatbread
1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and chopped herbs.
2. Add olive oil and warm water gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms
3. Knead for 5–6 minutes until smooth. Cover and rest for 20 minutes
4. Divide into 4–6 balls, roll out into thin rounds
5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until golden and puffed
6. Brush with melted butter or olive oil while warm
Hot Honey & Burrata
1. In a small pan, warm honey with chili flakes, smoked paprika, and salt for 2–3 minutes (don’t boil). Set aside.

3. Drizzle generously with warm hot honey
