Ingredients

For the wraps:
4 large flatbreads or pita breads
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small cucumber, diced
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Fresh lettuce or spinach leaves
For the tzatziki:
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess water
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill or mint, chopped

Instructions
Marinate and cook chicken
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken strips and let marinate (30 minutes if possible).
Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Prepare tzatziki
Combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill/mint, salt, and pepper.
Chill until ready to use.
Assemble wraps
Warm flatbreads slightly.
Spread a generous layer of tzatziki.
Add lettuce/spinach, grilled chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and feta.
Wrap tightly and slice in half.
