Instructions
1. Cook the orzo:
Boil a pot of salted water, add orzo, and cook until al dente (about 8–10 minutes). Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

3. Prepare the dressing:

4. Assemble the salad:
In a large bowl, combine orzo, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives.
