Spicy Shrimp Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
Grilled or sautéed shrimp
Avocado slices
Shredded lettuce
Red onion (thin slices)
Fresh cilantro
Lime wedges
Salt + pepper
Chili flakes (optional)
Steps:
Season shrimp with garlic, paprika, salt, pepper & chili.
Sauté 3–4 min until golden. In a bowl: lettuce + avocado + onion + cilantro.
Add the hot shrimp on top. Squeeze fresh lime juice.
Toss gently & enjoy!
