Juicy Cranberry Orange Glazed Turkey Breast
A perfectly roasted, tender turkey breast coated in a sweet-tangy cranberry orange glaze. Bright citrus, warm herbs, and juicy turkey make this a stunning Mediterranean-friendly main dish without being spicy.

Ingredients
Turkey
1 boneless turkey breast
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
3 garlic cloves, minced
Cranberry Orange Glaze
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
½ cup orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Pinch of salt
¼ cup water
Instructions
1. Prepare the Turkey
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Pat turkey breast dry.
Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme/rosemary.
Place on a baking dish lined with foil or parchment.
2. Make the Cranberry Orange Glaze
In a pot, add cranberries, orange juice, zest, honey/maple syrup, balsamic (optional), water, and salt.
Simmer 8–10 minutes until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
Mash lightly and simmer until jam-like.
Reserve half for serving and half for glazing.
3. Roast the Turkey
Roast the turkey breast for 25 minutes.
Brush generously with the cranberry orange glaze.
Roast another 25–40 minutes, glazing again halfway through.
Cook until internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
Rest for 10 minutes, then slice.
4. Serve
Slice turkey and spoon more warm glaze on top.

Tips
For extra juiciness, cover with foil for the first 20 minutes.
Add a splash more orange juice if glaze gets too thick.
Can be made with chicken breast for a smaller meal.
