Ingredients 

For the Shrimp

200g medium shrimp, cleaned & deveined

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tsp lemon juice

For the Avocado Mix

1 ripe avocado, mashed

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Greek yogurt

Pinch of salt & black pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro OR parsley

For the Yogurt Drizzle

3 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp honey

1 small garlic clove, grated (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)

Pinch of salt

To Assemble

2 large soft tortillas / flatbreads

½ cup shredded lettuce

Thin cucumber slices

Cherry tomato slices

Instructions

1. Cook the Shrimp

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add shrimp, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and tender.

Add a splash of lemon juice and remove from heat.

2. Make the Avocado Mix

Mash avocado in a bowl.

Add lemon juice, yogurt, herbs, salt, and pepper.

Mix until creamy.

3. Prepare the Yogurt Drizzle

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, honey, and salt.

Stir until smooth.

4. Assemble the Log

Lay the tortilla/flatbread flat.

Spread a thick layer of the avocado mix.

Add a line of shredded lettuce + cucumber + tomatoes.

Place the warm shrimp on top.

Drizzle the yogurt sauce generously.

Roll tightly into a log and press gently.

Slice in half or serve whole.

Notes

You can use grilled shrimp or boiled shrimp to make it lighter.

For extra creaminess, add 1 tbsp cream cheese inside.

Use whole-wheat or Mediterranean flatbread for a healthier version.
