Mediterranean Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
These mini stuffed pizza bombs feature soft dough filled with pepperoni, mozzarella, tomato, and Mediterranean herbs. Perfect for a snack, appetizer, or party treat. The Mediterranean twist comes from oregano, basil, and a light drizzle of olive oil instead of heavy grease.

Instructions
Step 1: Make Dough
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil, knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rise for 10–15 minutes (short rise works for this small recipe).
Step 2: Prepare Filling

Step 3: Assemble Pizza Bombs
Divide dough into 12 small balls.
Flatten each ball into a small disc.
Spoon filling into the center.
Fold edges over to seal completely and shape into a ball.
Step 4: Bake
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place pizza bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and oregano on top.
Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
Step 5: Serve
Serve warm with extra tomato sauce or a light yogurt-herb dip for a Mediterranean twist.
Tips
Don’t overfill—too much filling can leak.
Whole wheat dough makes it a little healthier and adds fiber.
Optional: add fresh basil leaves inside before baking for extra aroma.
