Ingredients:

  1. 2 medium zucchini sliced
  2. ½ cup all purpose flour
  3. 3 large eggs
  4. 1 cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs
  5. 1 teaspoon paprika
  6. ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  7. ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. The zucchini should be washed and then dried with paper towels.
  2. The zucchini should be sliced into circular slices with a thickness of ¼ inch on a cutting board. The amount of courgette that you will have is around two cups.
  3. Put the breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper into a medium bowl and mix them together. Combine by stirring.A different basin should be filled with flour, and a third bowl should be used to break eggs and stir them together.
  4. The next step is to dredge each zucchini slice separately in flour, followed by eggs and last into the breading mixture.
  5. Arrange each zucchini chip that has been coated in a single layer within the basket of an air fryer that has been gently sprayed or lined with parchment paper designed for use in an air fryer.
  6. The chips that have been battered should then be sprayed with olive oil cooking spray.
  7. The chips should be air-fried at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for eight to ten minutes, with a flip halfway through the cooking period. The chips will have a golden brown colour and a crisp texture.
