Air fry zucchini bites
The recipe for zucchini chips made in an air fryer is really simple and packed with flavour. A perfectly delicious snack that can be prepared and cooked in a matter of minutes.
This straightforward and crispy recipe may be used as a vegetable side dish with one of your favourite dinners or as a quick appetiser in the event that unexpected guests come to visit without prior notice.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchini sliced
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
- The zucchini should be washed and then dried with paper towels.
- The zucchini should be sliced into circular slices with a thickness of ¼ inch on a cutting board. The amount of courgette that you will have is around two cups.
- Put the breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper into a medium bowl and mix them together. Combine by stirring.A different basin should be filled with flour, and a third bowl should be used to break eggs and stir them together.
- The next step is to dredge each zucchini slice separately in flour, followed by eggs and last into the breading mixture.
- Arrange each zucchini chip that has been coated in a single layer within the basket of an air fryer that has been gently sprayed or lined with parchment paper designed for use in an air fryer.
- The chips that have been battered should then be sprayed with olive oil cooking spray.
- The chips should be air-fried at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for eight to ten minutes, with a flip halfway through the cooking period. The chips will have a golden brown colour and a crisp texture.
