AIR FRYER BANANA MUFFINS

Who doesn’t enjoy a warm, delectable muffin for breakfast? especially when they don’t need to be baked and are created with nutritious ingredients! These banana chocolate chip muffins made in an air fryer take only a few minutes to prepare and are a great last-minute breakfast or snack. They’re also vegan-friendly and free of gluten. So feel free to treat yourself to one of these delicious delicacies!

You can move from baking in your oven to baking in your air fryer with a few simple settings, and making muffins in the air fryer is really simple. And muffins turn out beautifully! Delightfully light, soft, juicy, and perfectly flavourful.

INGREDIENTS

  1.  2 ripe bananas, mashed
  2.  1/3 cup melted butter
  3.  Pinch of salt
  4.  3/4 cup sugar
  5. 1 large egg, beaten
  6.  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  7. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  8. 3/4 cup of Chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put the bananas and butter into a big bowl and stir.
  2. Once the butter and banana combination is smooth, keep mixing. Mix in the egg, vanilla, and granulated sugar by folding them in. Next, include the salt, baking soda, and flour. Blend thoroughly.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and fold.
  4. You can either use cooking spray or paper liners to line your muffin pans. Your muffin tray should be roughly two thirds filled. Place the muffin tray inside the air fryer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes at 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. When a toothpick inserted in the centre of a muffin comes out clean, remove the muffins.
    Arrange, present, and savour!

Tips;

Use a metal muffin tray for optimal results; in my experience, the batter does not blow out as much in these as it does in silicone muffin cups.
Make sure you measure your flour properly. If not, the muffins will be dense.
Make use of ripe bananas.

The cooking time will vary by a few minutes based on your air fryer.
Which air fryer you own will determine the size of the muffin tin.
