Ingredients For Air Fryer Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes
- six tablespoons of sliced, unsalted butter
- Four-ounce chocolate bar, semi-sweet, cut into pieces
- One big egg
- One yolk from an oversized egg
- Three tablespoons of white sugar
- 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour,
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract,
- pinch of salt
Instructions For Air Fryer Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes
- Grease and put aside three 6-ounce ramekins.
- In a bowl that is safe to be placed in the microwave, melt the chocolate and butter together for about a minute, stirring every 30 seconds. Put aside.
- Using an electric beater, thoroughly combine the egg, egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large, separate basin.
- Next, blend together flour, chocolate mixture, and a small amount of salt. Once the ramekins are around halfway full, pour the mixture into each one.
- Put in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes at 370 degrees Fahrenheit.
- After air-frying, take the ramekins out of the air fryer basket using a fresh, thick dish towel. Give the cake in a ramekin a minute or so to cool. After removing the cake from the ramekin with a butter knife, place it on a dish. Enjoy it topped with powdered sugar, fresh berries, or fresh whipped cream.
Note:
The 8 to 10 minute cook time is because different air fryer brands cook things at varying rates. The cooking time for these should not exceed ten minutes.
