Air fryer lasagne

Air fryer lasagne

You’ll wonder why you’ve never made lasagne in an air fryer before after trying this recipe for two! I often find myself drawn to this dish because of its simplicity. You can have a fantastic dish of al-dente pasta, bolognese sauce, and magnificent, bubbling, golden cheese melted on top in about 25 minutes.
This recipe simply requires three steps, which makes it the ideal option for a straightforward “at-home” romantic night. I succeeded as well, and the following day I took the second serve to work! When I inform my coworkers that I’ve succeeded in using the air fryer, they’re always surprised! A word of advice though – make sure that you know your dish will fit in your Air fryer.
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) thickened cream
  • 40g (1/3 cup) freshly grated parmesan
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 1/3 cups leftover bolognese, heated
  • 4 sheets fresh lasagne
  • 55g (½ cup) 3 cheese blend
  • Basil leaves, to serve

Directions:

Step One:

In a dish, mix 1 1/2 tablespoons cornflour, 40g (1/3 cup) freshly grated parmesan, and 160ml (2/3 cup) thickened cream until smooth. Time of year.
Step Two
Grease a 3-cup capacity, 6-cm-deep, 14-cm-by-19-cm (base size) ovenproof dish, and spread 1/3 cup of bolognese over the bottom (see note). Pour in two tablespoons of the cream mixture. Place four freshly made lasagne sheets on top, adjusting to fit your plate. Continue layering and end with a sheet of lasagna.

Step Three:

Scatter the remaining cream mixture on top and top with the three-cheese combination. Cook the 55g (½ cup) three cheese blend in an air fryer at 170C for 15 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and golden. Put it away for ten minutes. Sprinkle some basil leaves on top before serving.
