Ingredients

  1. 1 large egg
  2. 1/4 cup 2% milk
  3. 1/3 cup crushed saltines
  4. 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/8 teaspoon rubbed sage
  7. Dash pepper
  8. 1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
  9. 1/4 cup ketchup
  10. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  11. 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat egg. Add the milk, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, sage and pepper.
  2. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 325°. Shape into 2 loaves;
  4. place in greased air fryer. Cook 20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, combine ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce; spoon over meat loaves.
  6. Cook until a thermometer reads 160°, 10-15 minutes longer.
