AIR FRYER RED, WHITE AND BLUE CHEESECAKE

RECIPE FOR AIR FRYER RED, WHITE AND BLUE CHEESECAKE.There’s nothing that celebrates holiday more than a dessert. If you’ve never baked cheesecake in an oven, believe me when I say that using an air fryer makes the process much simpler.

The cake won’t break because of the air fryer’s small size, and a water bath isn’t even necessary. Learn how to make a cheesecake in the air fryer by reading on.

This recipe for red, white, and blue cheesecake cooked in an air fryer is a work of culinary art. Additionally, it’s a simple 7-inch cheesecake that only requires a few ingredients, such as sweetened condensed milk.

The ingredient lists that follow this blog post provide a few more of the ingredients. Really, you only need a little under ten ingredients—maybe as little as six if you’re preparing a crustless cheesecake.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR  AIR FRYER RED, WHITE AND BLUE CHEESECAKE

In a food processor, pulse the Graham crackers until they are smooth and crusty. Blend it thoroughly with the melted butter.
Pour the buttered crumbs into the parchment pan, press it down with a cup till it’s all smoothened and the base covered.
Combine the filling.
After smoothing out the cream cheese with a fork, add the sour cream and stir again. Add one egg at a time and mix. Finally add the vanilla extract and condensed milk. Mix till well combined

If creating in layers
Split the batter into three equal halves, one of which should be red and the other blue. The third should remain unchanged.
Place a spoon in the blue, then the white, and then the red barter.

Place inside the air fryer basket and bake for 20 to 22 minutes at 300°F. When it’s ready, the top should still jiggle a little.
If creating a cheesecake with marbles
Split the batter in half, then divide each half equally. Give each of the two smaller barters a red or blue colour. There should be more white in the picture.

Next, spoon a random mixture of coloured barters in. Once all of the batter has been used, gently mix the colours using a skewer or knife before baking.
Once cooked, remove the cake from the air fryer and let cool for a minute or two before putting it on a cooling rack to finish cooling. Before serving, refrigerate for up to six hours or overnight.

Every component needs to be at room temperature.
Don’t set the air fryer to preheat. For this red, white, and blue cheesecake recipe, as well as any other cheesecake recipe, avoid preheating the air fryer if you haven’t done so for other recipes.
If the preheat function on your air fryer is automated, place the cake inside and allow it to begin baking while it preheats.

NOTES FOR RECIPE:

To avoid a bitter aftertaste in your cheesecake, use food colouring that has no taste.
Before adding the remaining ingredients, thoroughly mix the cream cheese; repeat this process with each addition. As you mix, remember to scrape down the sides. Please see the blog post for additional advice.
