Garlic Herb Fried Patty Pan Squash

Garlic Herb Fried Patty Pan Squash When I first planted a garden, I prepared summer squash with garlic and herbs after harvesting it. This dish for fried patties and pan squash has a unique twist. Kaycee Mason resides in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Get yourself a package of patty pan squash at the farmers market if you share my passion of adorable, colourful veggies. These cute summer squash come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Some have fun scalloped edges and are fashioned like flying saucers, while others are tulip-shaped or circular. They come in a range of hues, including yellow, light green, dark green, and mixes, but they all have the same flavour and feel. Their flesh is denser and harder, yet their flavour is similar to that of yellow squash. If you like zucchini, chances are you’ll be a fan of patty pan squash too.
