Anti-Inflammatory Green Juice

Instructions

Wash the ingredients
Thoroughly wash the apples, cucumbers, celery, and spinach. -
Prepare the produce

Core the apples and cut into chunks.

Chop cucumbers and celery into smaller pieces.

Peel the ginger if desired.

Juicer Method
Feed all ingredients through a juicer:
apples → cucumbers → celery → spinach → ginger. -
Blender Method (Alternative)
